MechEra @ SMS Lucknow: Department of Mechanical Engineering of School of Management Sciences
MechEra @ SMS Lucknow: Department of Mechanical Engineering of School of Management Sciences organized its first event devoted to “mother” under the theme. The mechanical forum was technically named as MechEra.
Dignitaries who blessed the occasion were Mr. Sharad Singh (Chief Executive Officer, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow) who blessed the occasion as the chief guest, Dr. Jagdish Singh (Chief General Manager, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow), Prof. (Dr.) B.R.Singh (Director-IT, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow), Mr. Dharmendra Singh (DeanIT, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow), Mr. Sanjay Tiwari (HOD Mechanical, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow) and other respective HODs.
Students made an immense volunteer participation in the same Prakash Kumar (Forum President, ME IV Year), Narayanji Verma (Forum Treasurer, ME IV Year). Almost whole of the students from all departments participated making a figure of approx 120.
There were various activities organized at the student chapter of the department viz., painting (winner Kuldeep Civil Ist yr.), sketch (winner Izhar Ahmad Mechanical IIIrd yr.), article writing (winner Avneesh Pandey Diploma Civil IInd yr.), Poetry (winner Shrreya Gupta BBA Ist yr.
