Vedic Science established at SMS Lucknow We are pleased to inform about the successful inauguration of the “Centre of Vedic Science” at School of Management Sciences, Technical Campus, Lucknow on 21st April, 2015. The aim of “VEDIC RESEARCH CENTRE” is to work in the field of different knowledge systems of India, to reveal the essence of wisdom enshrined in the Vedas and to propagate it for the benefit of mankind. The different streams of knowledge like scientific heritage of India, history, philosophy, religious studies, mythology, psychology and cultural studies are enshrined in Vedas, which are to be identified and developed. All these are to be addressed by detailed research, investigation and evaluation. This is the key factor that kindled the idea of setting up a Centre of Vedic Science at SMS Lucknow. The event was inaugurated by Hon’ble Mr. S.K.Singh, Founder of SMS Group of Institutions, in the auspicious presence of Mr. G. N. Sinha IG-Police (Retd.), Er. J. B. Singh, consultant UPPCL and an expert in Vedic Maths, Er. J. R. Singh, Chief Consultant, Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait , Er. S. B. L. Malhotra of U.P. Agro, Er. Sohan Lal Ukil, Chief Engineer UPPCL and eminent scholor in Sanskrit. The event was also graced by the benign presence of Mr. Sharad Singh, CEO, SMS Lucknow, Prof (Dr.) M. Mehrotra, Director SMS-IMS, Prof (Dr.) B.R.
