"A new record of voluntary blood donation camp at SMS
Lucknow”
A voluntary blood donation camp was organized at School of Management Sciences,
Lucknow on 26th August, 2015. Teachers, Staff and students of Institute participated
enthusiastically in this blood donation camp and donated near about 250 unit of blood units.
This blood donation camp at School of Management Sciences, Lucknow was organized with
the joint cooperation
of blood banks from SGPGI, Civil Hospital and Lions Club
Lucknow Oudh.
Lion P.S. Jaggi, Lion Sanjay Singh, Lion Vineet Srivastava and the Secretary & CEO of
SMS Lucknow also attended this camp and explained the importance of blood donation to
students and other donors.
Secretary & CEO Shri Sharad Singh of the SMS, Lucknow highlighted the importance of
blood collection for self emergency as well as for society. He also told that it is a matter of
pride for the Institute and Society to organize such camps.
Vice District Governor of Lions Clubs International Lion Vishal Sinha was also present
during the camp.
